New Year's Resolutions?

No, no new year's resolutions for me this year. I am planning goals to accomplish in 2011. Resolutions seem easy to say and easy to not do. Goals seem more concrete and need an action plan to achieve them. I won't bore you with my list or plan for action.

Whatever you do for 2011, I do hope you are working toward your dream.
